How do I get started?

Upload a flat lay, mannequin, or model image → Pick from 70+ AI models and 100+ backgrounds (or prompt your own) → Generate results in minutes.

Can I try it for free?

Yes! Sign up to get 10 free credits - no credit card required.

What kind of images work best?

High-resolution flat lays, mannequin shots, or model photos with clear lighting. Avoid blur, watermarks, or complex poses.

Are the outputs marketplace-ready?

Yes - the images are sized and optimized for platforms like Amazon, Instagram, Facebook and others. Simply export your generations to the platform required.

What if my generation fails?

In case of failed generations, we auto-refund your credits and notify you via email. You can retry instantly or reach out to us at [email protected].

What image formats, sizes, and resolutions are supported?

We accept PNG, JPG, AVIF, and WEBP formats. Images can be up to 20MB with a resolution limit of 8000px.

How many images can I upload?

You can upload unlimited images via zip folders. For direct uploads, the limit is 20 images per batch. 

How long does processing take?

Image generation typically takes 3–5 minutes per image. For zip uploads of 100+ images, processing time ranges from 30 seconds to 3 minutes per image. You'll receive an email once complete, and results are also available in the Renders section.

Can I create custom models and backgrounds?

Yes. Choose from our list of 70+ diverse models and 100+ backgrounds, or create your own using text prompts. For fully customized models, contact us at [email protected] (additional fees may apply).

Can I change the model’s facial expressions?

Yes, you can change the model’s facial expressions either by providing a prompt or using our advanced facial expression editor.

Do Photogenix’s AI-generated fashion models comply with copyright laws?

Yes. Our fashion models are fully AI-generated and do not originate from real individuals or existing images. This guarantees that each model is unique and free from any copyright infringement.

Can I change the pose and body type of the model in the generated results?

The pose and body type of the original model or mannequin will be preserved in the AI-generated results to maintain garment accuracy and fit.

Will the original garment and styling be retained in the AI generated photo?

Yes, the original garment and bag are fully retained. Fine accessories like sunglasses or jewelry may be altered or removed. To avoid any issues, it's recommended to keep the photo free of accessories until we officially support them. You can also prompt generation of accessories in the tool, but please note that generated accessories may not be consistent across all images.

How many images can I upload per day?

There’s no daily limit—you can upload and process unlimited images. Minor post-processing may be needed.

What should I do if the AI-generated image has issues?

We offer a variety of free post-processing tools within the platform so you can easily make adjustments yourself. If you're a Pro account member, you also get access to free assisted post-processing edits from our team.

Can I add styling to the photoshoot and change the garments?

Currently, we do not offer the ability to change garments. However, you can modify or add accessories such as earrings, watches, or shoes by using prompts. Please note that prompt-generated accessories may not be consistent across all images.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How do I check my remaining credits?

Your credit balance is displayed in the bottom-left corner of your screen. This shows how many credits you've used out of your total.
